Who developed MyTherapyTracker?

MyTherapyTracker was designed by speech and language therapists who founded The Orchid Practice, Ltd. They were looking for the perfect solution for their caseload management and decided to design one themselves.  MyTherapyTracker was created with therapists and their particular needs and requirements in mind.  The MyTherapyTracker founders have quality as their top priority and work with highly skilled developers who can support the passion for having a robust and secure system that utlises the latest technology.

Who can use MyTherapyTracker?

We have created MyTherapyTracker to be a system which is intuitively designed for therapists.  Whether you are a speech and language therapist, occupational therapist, physio, counsellor, music therapist or anyone who works collaboratively to provide a therapeutic service to your clients, MyTherapyTracker can work for you.

How is MyTherapyTracker licensed?

You pay a monthly subscription based on the number of users you require.  You can cancel your subscription if you want to do so after the term of your subscription without incurring any cancellation fees.

Is there a discount for multiple users?

Yes, the more users you have the less you pay for each user.  Detailed pricing information can be found on the Sign Up page.

Who is considered a user?

A user is any individual who will require access to MyTherapyTracker to undertake clinical or administration or clerical tasks.

Do I have to sign up for a long term contract?

In order to benefit from all that MyTherapyTracker has to offer, a minimum 12-month subscription is required. We have built in savings for your organisation which increase along with the length of your contract.  This is part of our customer loyalty scheme.  For more details, see our Sign Up page.

Can I try it out?

How do you keep my data secure?

Your data is hosted in a secure data centre managed by our hosting partner with 24/7 manned security and restrictive pre-approved access only via the authorisation security gate. What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

We hope that this won’t happen, but if you leave, all your data can be exported for you to take with you.

Does MyTherapyTracker enable me to maintain fully compliant patient records?

Yes, all data is date and time-stamped and draft notes are locked can be locked for editing after 24 hours in accordance with regulatory best practice.

Do I need training to get started?

No, we have designed MyTherapyTracker with you in mind, and it should work for you without any specific training. Our technical team is available via e-mail at support@mytherapytracker.com should you need further support.
