Multiple Account Access for ClientView Users is here!
Following the exciting launch of our new ClientView and Calendar last week, we are continuing to work hard to add new features.
Today we have added the ability for a ClientView user to view multiple client records using just one ClientView account. This will be perfect, for example, a SENDCO in a school who needs to keep up to date with several children’s progress.
When the user logs into ClientView, they will be able to switch which client they are viewing using the handy client switcher button at the top of their screen. We hope you and those you work with enjoy using this new feature to deliver a great service for your clients.
Granting a ClientView user access to multiple client records is easy:
Step 1: Ensure the person who needs ClientView access is added as a contact for each client to whom they need access. Make sure you add their email address.
Step 2: With the contact selected, click on ‘Enable ClientView’.
Step 3: Enable ClientView again for the same contact in each client’s record.
When the user logs into ClientView, they will be able to switch which client they are viewing using the handy client switcher button at the top of their screen.
